CANCELLATION POLICY

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policies: Your deposit can only be transferred once if you need to reschedule. If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the 100% of the service. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost. To reschedule and keep your deposit, you must provide a new appointment date and time ON THE SAME DAY you make the change. Contact me at 669-333-2745 or via Instagram DM. Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may not be accommodated and 50% cancellation fee will be applied. If the appointment can still proceed, a $15 late fee will be applied. All payments are final—no refunds will be issued.
